Overview – Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt Course
Lean 6 Sigma is a combination of tools from Lean Management and Six Sigma, which focuses on process improvements. Lean tools seek for improving performance by systematically removing waste, and Six Sigma tools focuses on reducing variation. 6 Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) method aims to increase product and service quality and thus customer satisfaction. Lean 6 Sigma, which is came out by the combination of these two concepts, is a globally accepted management strategy that seems effect on processes.
Lean 6 Sigma, analyzes the effects of process inputs on output with many tools and aims to control the variability of the output by controlling the inputs according to the proven effect degree.
