Lean Six Sigma
Our Implementation Model
Our implementation model consists of 3 basic phases, regardless of the sector.
Each phase is designed in line with the customer’s processes and needs;
Lean Six Sigma is a management system that combines two methodologies – Lean and Six Sigma – to improve the quality and efficiency of a company’s operations. Lean is focused on identifying and eliminating waste in processes, while Six Sigma is focused on reducing defects and improving quality through statistical analysis.
As a management system, Lean Six Sigma provides a framework for continuous improvement by using data-driven methods to identify problems and opportunities for improvement, and then implementing changes to eliminate waste and improve quality. This approach helps companies to streamline their processes, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
By using Lean Six Sigma as a management system, companies can achieve significant improvements in their operations and gain a competitive advantage in their markets. However, it is important to note that implementing Lean Six Sigma requires a significant investment of time and resources, and may not be suitable for all companies.
Six Sigma training program helps participants learn and apply the Six Sigma methodology. The program consists of a series of modules covering different topics. These modules cover the core concepts, tools, techniques and methods of Six Sigma.
It includes practical applications as well as theoretical knowledge. These applications allow the student to adapt Six Sigma tools to real-world applications.
Projects that are expected to provide minimum resources and maximum benefit are selected among the projects that are suitable for company strategies by workshops with the senior management. Selected projects are assigned to candidates who have completed generational education and passed the proficiency exam.
We document success by coaching project leaders with our Master Black Belts at every stage of the projects. Coaching activities include 6 Sigma methodology and statistical methods as well as leadership skills.
The sustainability of the Lean 6 Sigma management philosophy is created on the basis of strategic goals. Improvement issues important to the organization are pooled. Among the improvement issues that are prioritized with the benefit-cost-based decision mechanism, those found suitable are integrated into the Six Sigma projects.
With the motivation of the successful completion of the first projects, the second wave projects are started and the expansion strategy is followed.
